Outdoor Living, Built to Last
A great deck or patio extends your home into the outdoors — a place to grill, gather, and unwind through North Carolina's long warm seasons.
We build custom decks and patios in wood, composite, and stone, designed around how you actually want to use the space, from quiet morning coffee to weekend cookouts.
Every build is engineered for safety and longevity, properly permitted, and finished with the details that make outdoor space feel like a real room.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I choose wood or composite decking?
Wood costs less up front and has a classic look but needs regular sealing. Composite costs more initially but resists fading, staining, and rot with almost no maintenance. We'll walk you through the trade-offs for your budget and how often you want to maintain it.
Do decks need a permit in the Triangle?
Most decks above a certain height or attached to the house require a permit and footing inspections. We handle the permitting and inspections as part of the project.
How long will my deck last?
A properly built pressure-treated deck can last 15–20+ years with maintenance; quality composite can last even longer. Correct structure, flashing, and fasteners are what make the difference — and that's where we focus.
Can you build on a sloped or tricky yard?
Yes. Elevated decks, multi-level designs, and proper footings on grade are routine for us. We'll design around your lot's slope and drainage.
